Our stay at Borgo Gatteraia was absolutely delightful! The property's location on a picturesque Tuscan hillside offered breathtaking views of Volterra and the surrounding countryside. The comfortable and well-equipped apartment provided ample space for our family of four, with a spacious living area, modern kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. The private terrace was a peaceful spot for morning coffees and sunset gazing. We were thoroughly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Rocco, whose laid-back charm made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the stunning 16m swimming pool, where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful views without feeling crowded. Our kids particularly enjoyed playing with the playful puppy, Leo, adding a touch of homeliness to our holiday.The property itself was designed in a charming Tuscan village style, adding to the overall ambiance of the stay. We appreciated the extra touches like the opportunity to pick fresh fruits from the trees on the grounds. The proximity to Volterra was a bonus, making it easy to explore the charming town and its shopping options.Borgo Gatteraia provided a wonderful mix of comfort, convenience, and charm, making it a place we would gladly return to. Special mention goes to the helpful staff, serene setting, and well-maintained facilities that made our Italian getaway truly memorable.
